With Sympathy

Dear fellow members,

It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of Mr. Clyde Gilmore, the father of our dear friend, Mr. Bates Gilmore. Our hearts go out to the Gilmore family during this time.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday, July 10 at Byrd Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at Bay Springs Baptist Church on Friday, July 11 at 11:00am with burial services to follow at Bay Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Bates and his family.

Men's Night Out Preperation - Meeting Dates

Below are the dates that we will me at Thing & Wings at 7:00p.m. to collect items, sponsorships and get materials ready for the Men's Night Out, August 21st. Please be in attendance and bring money for gold tables, raffle & auction items. If you don't have items to bring we still need all the help we can get to tear tickets and plan for that Thursday's event.

Again, all meetings will be held at Things & Wings on the Southside of Dothan

• Tuesday, August 5th @ 7pm - REGULAR MEETING
• Tuesday, August 12th @ 7pm
• Monday, August 18th @ 7pm

*Lunch will be served for members helping this day of event getting Civic Center ready for that night
